Merchant Vendors (Craft & Retail Vendors)
Merchant vendors must:
Provide one (1) small promotional item for sponsor swag bags (quantity based on sponsor requirements).
Keep all products and displays within their designated space.
Follow all event rules and guidelines, including setup and breakdown times.
Setup & Requirements
Vendors will be provided a designated space with two tables and two chairs (maximum two tables and three people per space).
Tents will not be permitted indoors.
Vendors must provide their own trash can and discard waste into the designated event dumpster.
Setup time: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (must be fully set up by 10:00 AM).
Tear down: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Texas State Sales Tax as applicable.
Parking/loading areas will be available during setup and tear down.
Marketing & Promotion
Red Elephant Collabs LLC will provide marketing and brand awareness for all participating vendors through platforms such as:
Social media
Television
Event promotions
Fees & Payment
Vendor slots are first come, first served. Payment is required at the time of application approval.
No refunds, no exceptions.
Terms & Conditions
Legal & Liability:
Vendors are responsible for their own acts, omissions, and obligations under this agreement.
Vendors release Red Elephant Collabs LLC and its agents from liability for breakage, theft, injury, or bodily harm.
Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Vendors shall not distribute or advertise any product or service that does not align with the event’s family-friendly character.
Subrogation Waiver: Vendors agree to waive any liability claims against Red Elephant Collabs LLC, including losses due to fire or other casualties.
By signing this agreement, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to abide by all event rules and regulations.
